So far so god! Had a few melt downs along the way, why are they always so unexpected, like a big wet fish in the face...??? While they completely knock me at the time they are short lived and its par for the course I guess!
I've also quit alcohol as I think this helps me with the cravings? Has anyone else felt the same?

Well Done Gally, that is great you have reached the end of Week 3, from Day 21, the mental battle begins (has begun by the sounds of above post) and you will need to keep your guard up at all times to attack, as you said, when you least expect, you are doing really well, stay focused and strong
PS Well done too on giving up the alcohol, I was ok with having a drink and didn't have the cravings at all, but know so many people relapse when drinking especially in the early stages of their quit....
Good plan giving up the booze as well. The two things go hand in hand (do for me anyway) and a few beers can make that "just one" seem even more appealing
