Third day

Day 3 - I have been sooo busy at work I haven't even thought of fags today which is good I did however have a dirty fat macdonalds for dinner.... Oh well can't give up everything and I was craving carbs or maybe I was craving cigs who knows! I did have a very vivid smoking dream last night I was aware I had given up and was going to light "just one" really odd and I thought a bit early for smoking dreams? Anyway, I was very relieved when I woke up and realised it was a dream so that's a good sign xx

I've never seen beetroot crisps before where do you get them? They sound ok I will give them a go thanks teffers
