Just wanted to pop back in and say a big thank you to all who helped me with their posts back in June when I started.

I'm 6 months free of the cigs and patches and feel great, (although coming back to work after Christmas has been a little struggle as I posted elsewhere).

But yes 6 months free and the support I felt in just a few posts by some others was amazing in helping, and I admit that a few times in the last months when there has been any struggle in my head I've logged on and read some of the posts to gee myself back up - so thank you!

Good luck and well done to all of you who have quit, are quitting or are thinking about it at the moment.... for me it was the best decision I ever made (even though at the time I wasn't so sure!)
