Well, 10 months passed last week, but also for the first time in a long long time, I have had a birthday with noo cigarettes. 5th of November I was 49 years old, for the first time in 40 years, I haven't smoked on that birthday!

Have no idea how to do the multiple quote thing :confused: but thank you all very much, can honestly say this site is the reason I have not given up, as I have had some pretty hairy moments where in previous quits I would have given up :eek:

Wow! That has gone really quickly don't you think? Well done you. I started smoking when I was 11:eek: 9 years old blimey!
Belated Happy Birthday, and you are a Bonfire Night Star!!!!! 10 months is amazing and what an an achievement doing this quitting smoking malarkey before the big 50. That was my dream to quit before 50, (and my 30th, 40th).......however, didn't quite get there, but 54 in a few weeks time so better late than never.
