1st time as a non smoker in my Birthday

Well this is the first time ever that I have been a non smoker on my birthday since I was a teenager. Monday it will be 4 calender months that I have been smoke free I am so proud of myself. I have been in the company of smokers at the weekend and in all honesty I never wanted a ciggie that day. I take 1 day at a time it works for me I don't want to get cocky and think I've cracked it I think that I have a long time a head of me before I can think that.

I've also decided that I will come on the forum a little less, as it does make me think more about smoking I will still come on and post now and again and see how everyone is getting on. This forum has helped me so much and I'm really grateful and there are some brilliant mentors
