Another week and it will be 3 months smoke free for me. Been a long time since I got this far, so very pleased with myself. Still get the odd crave but soon brushed off now. Managing to stick to my diet too, so those extra pounds are melting away too. Feel fitter now than I have for many years. So worth the struggle.
