well hello all u non smokers, ive not had a cig for 7 months now had a bad weekend with neighbours and my son and went and brought a packet of fags yesterday, i really could of smoked the lot,. . need help what do i do?:confused: TRES X

Hi Tres, sorry you're having a lousy time!!

Don't know how many you've smoked but they don't make anything better - pour water on the fags you've got left *now* or you probably will smoke the lot!!

Don't chuck your quit away 'cos of a row, did that and it took me nearly 3 years to pack it in again. :eek: x

Hi Tres, really sorry to read this, but you know what to do....or what NOT to do. You don't have another one.

How many did you have? I know it's hard at times. You are ahead of me by about a month and I just couldn't image going through all those hard times again. You've done so well, so just keep going and don't have any more.

You know you have come to the right place and there will be a lot of support for you here.

Um, it's up to you of course but are they going to be a temptation to you if you keep them smokeable?

Post more Tres, 52 posts in 7 months isn't a lot, depending on how long into your quit you joined the forum of course It's been my best tool anyway...
