week 2 day2

Well after forgetting my patch yesterday, last night i felt really terrible so ended up going to bed early. Took ages to get to sleep, very restless.

First thing I did this morning was put my patch on, feel so much more in control for it.

Hoping that little devil on shoulder will slowly fall off again LOL

    The patch lets you split your quit into manageable chunks and by the sound of it you're getting there just fine.
