in the space of a week i have been mistaken for a 31 year old TWICE . sweet as, and i didnt even have to go on the ten years younger programme

all i did was quit smoking its so worth it wen u get comments like that from total strangers

10 years exactly i am a 41 year old who looks 31 hehe

it was early in my quit i noticed the difference to my skin and the whites of my eyes brightened up i always had dark circles under eyes and assumed it was just i had thin skin under my eyes and thats how i was but wen i quit they dissapeared with in weeks, my teeth improved massively too

it was very good for me to see this as it spurred me on massively along with losing my cough and wheezes
