Thanks everyone, I am at work at the moment and cant get into you tube to look at the videos but I will do that later when I get home.

As time goes by I must say that this non smoking milarky is getting easier and easier and as I start to enjoy the freedom of not having to plan pretty much every aspect of my life around smoking, I must say I am pissed off that I did not do this sooner!!!!

For all those who are not as far into their quit as I am, please do not give up or give in, it surely does get easier and better.

All I can say is make space in the Penthouse, not only do I intend to come crashing in there on my burning motorbike, but when I do arrive be ready for the mother of all parties, followed by the mother of all hangovers!!!
