There is something really great about being able to tell folk you are 10 months quit.. when folk have asked me 'how long you been quit for now?' and you then tell them.. its like you've cracked it when they seem genuinely impressed with your reply.

10 months is something to be truly proud of.. Paul, you've made it here.. and only 2 months now until your an entire year free from the demon weed.. which I think you'll do just as easy.
