First holiday of the year where i wont be smoking.

Kinda nervous. What are your views on doing sheesha ? I KNOW i will be fine if I do it as it wont be the same as smoking a fag and will be my little treat while im out there.

Its not definite that i will .. but just a thought.

Dont smoke anything princess m...just chew it instead if you have too:eek: ...it will be a huge mistake & you could be back to square one wth smoking full time .& you know it ..

I know i know.. I smoked! .. i had a few puffs here and there whilst on holiday..

I was suffering so bad with my ibs because of the heat .. it really helped.. i know naughty me.. but i was desperate for a break .. and something had to give..

good news is since ive been back haven't smoked at all.. not even thought about it.. which means i did just do it for that.. im not proud but it really was ruining my holiday

ps it was 44 degrees out there.. shame i had to suffer..

well done for you not wanting to smoke now....just a holiday thing of which you knew was gonna happen from the very first post on this thread ....luckily youve not continued to smoke..........however with me whatever i smoked it would be smoking ..i would feel terrible & prob be smoking now planning my next quit with all them cheap fags from dubai...........:o:o..

There's a fair few folk that dabble with smokes without nicotine and don't consider it 'falling off the wagon'.

at the end of the day nothing to be proud of! I got through the difficult bouts of ibs using fags.. i need to find another way of dealing with it.

On the bright side haven't touched a ciggie since i left there on Friday nor have i had the need to have one either.. it was a necessity at the time and i have put it out of my mind now and am moving on .

Hated the fact that I had to rely on them to feel better
