I started this on the day I quit and each day I didnt smoke I put £4.00 in the tin to reward myself. As I took the money out I put the receipts in the tin and added the treats to my list... These are my fantastics goodies I purchased...
1 YEAR TODAY YIPPEE.........
White & Gold Bracelet £90.00 ....... ...Designer Top £35.00
We Will Rock U Ticket £40.00 ....... . Quadrophina show £28.00
Black Eyed Peas Concert £57.00 ..... Widescreen Portable TV £100.00
Leather bag £50.00.... Gym Gear £85.00
DKNY Jeans £42.00 ..... Helmet for Bike £42.00
I found this a great way of treating myself, and what a motivation when I wanted something.... Some of the above would never have been able to afford as well as smoking. I have decided to carry on for another 12 months but with £3.00 just to make sure I stay Stong & Motivated.....
Thanx again forum has been a fantastic motivation for me .... Kaz xx

Now that's what i call a shopping list if that not inspiration well what is because when you see it in black and white it makes you think about all the money you've wasted
Brilliant list Karen! I bought a superking storage bed and massive memory foam mattress, then blew the rest on chocolate (well I must have done, I have nothing else to show for my savings other than a big bed and an even bigger belly!!

Well thought I better post on the forum in addition to my txt this morning.
Congratulations Kaz, you have done amazing and I know how hard it has been for you at times, but it just showed how much you wanted to stop and kept completely focused.
You are the reason for my being on this forum and now entering into week 10 of my quit, so a huge thank you for that.
