I was like this for about 10 days, everything I did seemed like hard work but energy levels will come back up. Seriously go for a walk or some form of exercise it will help.
I definitely remember feeling worn out at the beginning of my quit. I was too tired to do simple things even though I wanted to do things to keep busy.
I did start going out for walks quite regularly which helped a bit but I also allowed myself to do whatever it took so long as I didn't smoke! So if I wanted a nap, I had one!
Well done for getting as far as you have - every day without a ciggie is re-training your brain so the habit dies. Stick with it and be patient - soon it will get so much easier you'll wonder why you didn't quit earlier!
I'm on day 9 of my quit. And feeling sooo tired! My motivation is gone too, not for quitting but in general.
I would have been on day 15 but for my blip last Saturday week. I'm just wondering if this has something to do with it?
Any suggestions:confused:
*yawn*
As the Mod said if you are worried about tiredness go see a doctor...however in my non medical opinion and from someone who has suffered from this for two and half months of my quit ...the best thing to do is not to worry about it ..i use to worry about going bed and lie there in bed worrying about not sleeping and in the end guess what it got worse ...exercise is good if you are not into running or the gym a nice walk is brilliant ...just relax Flowers your sleep pattern will get back to normal and it will be worth it in the end.
