Hey Nikki P,

I used to be a Nicki P before I got married! I used to be a smoker too - until 9 months ago when finally got round to giving this quitting thing a go.

It was tough sometimes - but not painful. I thought of caving in sometimes but I held on til that feeling went (usually about 40 seconds). I thought I wasn't strong enough to see through the quit but people on here taught me otherwise!

Stick with it - it is SO worth it - YOU are so worth it!!

Ok, right now i'm feeling this time is a bit more of a struggle than my 1st quit day on my last attempt.I don't feel as strong this time round.

I have used my inhalator less and have got a 24 hour patch on. This time i'm going to keep patch on instead of taking it off on the night time b4 bed.

Have had a busy afternoon so that took my mind off things.

College in morning for a few hours so will have to think of things to do after i finish being busy.

I'm really grumpy at the mo too.
