hello month 10

Well, just finished month 9 and on to month 10. I have lost 8 lbs(slowly but surely). I am now walking over 3 miles a day on the threadmill which for me is good! For all you newbies, just keep going. It just gets better and better! Jody

9 months is great! And yeah a true inspiration to the folk treading on the rockier ground in the early weeks. Quitting is possible, you've proved it.
