Starting month 4

Hi guys.

Today sees me slip from month 3 into month 4.

I'm still having the odd urge etc, but they are getting fewer and only last for a couple of seconds.

Today sees me slip from month 3 into month 4.

How nice to see a positive use of the word 'slip'. When it's my turn I'll be crashing and thundering into month 4.

Hi Freshstart,

I think maybe I should be in month 4 we stopped on the same day. I have a few cravings too, but I'm focused this time and actually enjoying the stop this time nothing lost a lot to gain. Well done for getting to month 4

I too will be entering my 4th month tomorrow.

Cant believe how much the time has flown by :eek:...Im not complaining I think its great. I also have a few small cravings now and again but soooooo much easier to handle.
