Hi Ytene
Woah there don't panic
So you had a blip it happens sometimes you're not the first it has ahppened to and don't suppose you'll be the last
So now you just have to pick yourself up dust yourself down and start again
Good Luck
Marg
Hello, im on day 3 too, and there have been times where i thought i am going mad because so wanted a cig, we all have these feelings and fall off the road at some point but the most important thing is not to stop trying, if at first you dont succeed - try, try again. I find this a big help when past failures have got me down.
are you using anything to help and try taking a look at the links on more experienced quitters pages, there is some very good advice if you just keep reading.
hope this helps, tracy21

Oh dear, but don't despair do as Margaret has said, but learn from it and don't let it happen again.
Welcome to the Forum Ytene,
Seems a bit up and down as you've described. Do pick yourself up and literaly get on with it and try not to let it happen again.
But that's all easy stuff. Have you thought through what it is that you are trying to do? TBH smoking, when we were smokers, was our best friend, our lover, our mothers, it was everything to us!
Now you are wishing to break up this vital relationship. Why? Most likely you would answer because it's unhealthy, it costs too much, you don't wish to get cancer.
Ok, so focus on the reasons and the next time you think you'll just have one...just to make it easier....don't. You are stopping and that means....stopping and not having any more.
At the beginning it can be as difficult as we chose. But it can also be alot easier if you plan what you are going to do when the craves happen, when the kids become a pain and hassle, when your day-to-day crashes in around you. It does that whether you are a smoker or a non smoker. It's so much better and more manageable when you are a non-smoker. Difficult to start but pays lots of dividends in the long run.
Hope you manage better tomorrow.

Thanks All, just thrown the rest of the packet on the woodburner I'll see how it goes tomorrow!! Might have to take the inhaler with me, I'd rather have to use that than buy another packet
Well done, that's the spirit!
Focus, stay strong and succeed!
Absolutely.
And remember to give it big smiles too
Dust yourself down, learn from it and go go go !!! you CAN do this-you owe it to yourself xxx
