Good Morning Everyone

Reached another milestone I made it to 100 days Whoopee

Have not smoked 2,500 fags and saved £684.73

I am so pleased with myself I feel like dancing whoops did that yesterday for first time in ages guess I found another form of exercise

100 days really made me feel I was definitely getting someplace.

I agree with Cav that it was one of the most notable milestones for me to.

I also vividly remember that a week or two later my quit took on a whole new phase, basically and acceptance that I was now a non smoker rather than someone trying to quit.

100 is such a great milestone... It was the one that I really looked forward to. Like Nic, at somewhere around 100 days I stopped thinking about it.... it became natural and easy to not smoke...
