ahh good for you :).. these lil' victories now are the very foundations of your quit. Be proud and happy about all your successes, quitting smoking is the best thing you've done probably in a long time, so stick with the game plan, and the course of patches too.

If it helps.. i went the distance with patches and have been patch-free for over 7 weeks now, and on the whole its the best thing i could have possibly done.

Chase that too.. it won't be long before its a week for you... look forward to toasting that as good as we can on a forum
