11 months that's fab please don't break it now, it is hard - mind I aint at 11 months so Im not patronising anyone.

There must be some mid-point cycle when your mind takes a wierd turning point, there are so many who have done so well and struggling at the mo, I suppose it let's us all know it can creep up on ya at any time.

Anyways I hope you stay strong.
