Im still here, quit since jan 28th.

A stone heavier at least and still thinking about fags, does it ever go?

Glad to see the team still going strong

got to stay off the fags for bp and bad cholesterol, although the eating is not under control yet!!!!!

I'm here! Can hardly believe we will be reaching the 5 months mark next week!

Otherwise, I sometimes look at the forum and try to post but I do not have much time and it is true that life as a non smoker is richer (so much more energy to do things!) I still get some bad thoughts but am learning to live with them rather than fight all the time and the change in attitude does help.

Glad to see so many of us still going!
