Well done to us Natasha, been a long slog and I must admit to still be struggling especially when I'm at home the only thing that really stops me in my tracks is the smell of it on people on clothes and in my flat, I can't believe I went around smelling so bad without a care.
I so agree with that one. I will always remember being a smoker, and my husband quitting. I was horrendous, I'd try and coax him to have one, especially when we'd have a few drinks, to knid of make me feel better about what I was doing to myself. In fact I was soooo jealous of the fact that he stayed strong and said no to the smokes! Trying to convince myself it was fun, pah - no tar! So why do I still bloody crave :confused:

You DO know how to do it! Find a pic. Upload it to yer pc. Host it on some hosting site (I use photobucket) and C&P the 'image' tag :)
I'll time ya...
1. Upload pic from camera onto your puter or scan a photo using a scanner.
2. Go to photobucket.com and register (if you do not have an account).
3. Hit 'browse' on the Photobucket site.
4. From the window now in front of you, find the pic and select 'open' when you have highlighted the pic.
5. Hit 'upload'.
6. Now all you have to do is C&P the IMAGE tag from beneath the pic you uploaded to photobucket onto this site! Ta daaaaaaaaa!!!
