I had this with my fish and it was awful! I tend to agree with Buffy and Boudee, about letting it go to be kind, as my fish Judy got fin rot.

We treated her and the tank but it was too late for Judy, we removed her from the tank and in the end her fin came off, so she was swimming on her side, I couldnt bear to let her go, so kept her in a big jug till she died, but it took 4 days and looking back I wish Id just put her out of her misery.

So sorry.

Omg!!

I just want to sleep til the morning - I have been watching this poor fish slowly die and went to the net to find information. Someone said that if you put a dying fish in salt water with a little clove oil, then put it in the freezer - (ick) to die painlessly is the best method - I cried the whole time. Now I want to smoke so badly that I cannot stand it...HELP!!
