Last night i had my first all-nighter since i quit these days a all- nighter means i did not get up for a pee,

lucky you, it gives me hope, I am still getting up for a pee and also in my dopey sleepy state when I get up, I also usually manage to cram quite a few jaffa cakes into my mouth :s

Actually me too, when I do wake up I always get back to sleep easy peasy. In fact it is kind of nice waking up and seeing I have another 4 hours to sleep.

I have also been finding I feel better in the mornings, not so groggy as I used to and dropping off better at night too.

You are right about the dentist, it must be really bad, and last night I rememer I actually took 3 out the packet and got back in bed and ate each one whole.....lol then let my teeth marinate till morning

oh dear, no fillings pleeease. I will have to put some carrot sticks in the jaffa cake box or something, although I doubt I would wake for them.
