No not lost at least not in the true sense of the word... Back from 'over there' and now trying to catch up before leaving again..

Ahhh me...

Still smoke free and still astonishing old friends who just don't believe it. I like their reaction!

Sorry I don't have the time to get back here on a regular basis right now.. i really am sorry because the support I got from here, and am still getting, is/was invaluable and i know that i have a debt to pay in giving back some of that good energy and I will.

Apart from that, i miss you guys!

Oh, just a quicky.. the other day I was standing with a bunch of folk, all smoking their heads off, i REEEEEEELY wanted one. I thought "If you keep your hands in your pockets you CAN'T have one" so that's what i did. I just stood there, hands in pockets, no chance to grab a fag. Soon the urge passed and i smiled to myself.. Simple strategy eh?!

Keep it all going everyone, it's worth it.
