Challenge coming up from next week, I've got 3 weeks abroad working in an environment where sm**ing is 'normal' and i am known as a heavy sm**er.:mad: :eek:

There'll be some surprised faces around I think... but I'm feeling quietly confident and any doubts or temptations I have are quickly dispelled when I take a 'deep' breath and realise/notice that my capacity is miniscule compared to what it was and that if it gets any worse I won't be able to fly (and therefore do my job) and probably won't live very much longer in any case.

Hoping that I can keep up some contact on here while I'm away, it's so helpful. You guys are brilliant.
