Not bad. I gave away a naughty stick I have had for a while. Had a cup of tea. Went round to my sons house and loaded my car full of garden waste. drove to the tip and emptied it and had an impromptu BBQ at his.

Hopefully going to the woods later so might get myself a stick and put it in my office so I can think of keeping you guys in line ha ha.

Oh I sang in a church choir as a child and had my voice trained there. Then I sang with some amateur groups - muscials - I was Nancy in Oliver etc. Then I sang with a professional drama academy. Then when I was 18 I went to sing for 500 people and it was 'i don't know how to love him' from Jesus Christ Superstar. And the worst thing ever happend. Ready. ....... The music started I began to sing and then my mind went totally blank - completely. So what did I do old silly chops - I sang 'I've forgotton my words'. The EMBARRRESSMENT!!!!! I have never sang in public since and just as well!!!

i did long to be a musical theatre actress though but was not meant to be.

Matthew has been soooo agitated today it was like everything was wrong no matter what I did - hence the times when I felt like if I did not have a SMOKEY JOE I was going to turn into the Incredible Hulk!!! (a lady one of course)

How are you getting on without smokes coz you haven't said a lot - you're always so chipper - hope you're coping ok??

Cor that's amazing....how many did you smoke a day I can't remember and on your stats it is just the no of cigs you've not smoked.

20 a day normally. Menthols though. I did feel weird, a bit lost sometimes.

Now I only think of cigarettes now and again.

I always found Menthols hard to smoke but the weird thing is that when I had a smoke I had to have 3 polos straight after. I did know a girl who smoked normal cigs with polos in her mouth at the same time which I always thought weird.

Hehe that made me giggle as I used to smoke with polos in my mouth, I basically hate the taste of cigarettes :rolleyes: I know, it's weird, but I believe no one can honestly say cigarettes taste anything remotely good--- I loved smoking but had to cover the taste.

I convinced myself the taste didn't bother me which was why I stuffed polos and mint imperials down my neck after finishing one, then I cleaned my teeth, then I put on Charlie Red to cover the smell. What a performance!!! I don't think we'd go to those lengths for a man!!
