day 38 in the no smoking house.......

havnt been here for a while, well i have , but as an observer.

So how am i doing???/

On my bike ride yesterday, i had a thought, or a theory,

Sandies theory

Every day u dont smoke it gets a 'tad' easier.

After the first week, you feel great, as u have '7' tads under your belt.

By the time you get to day 30, '30' tads, seems like not much for all the pain you have endured.

Then, each 'tad' after that is like a bonus tad and it gets easier and easier.

have i now gone completely crazy do you think?:eek:

i had another thought today lol .....

we should, or someone, should get the funny/sad/interesting posts from this forum and make a book out of it and get it published!!!

it would make a great book ........but i dont say anything funny/sad / interesting SO .... i have got to be in it , as it was my idea lol
