Starting month three

Hello all,

I am starting on month three and doing pretty good! A lot of days being smoke free. How is everyone else doing?

coming up to month 3 too on wednesday

Im coming up to month 3 too - hurrah for us - still finding it tough sometimes with this nice weather ive felt a big urge to smoke - keep thinkin its just reminders coz this time last year i was smoking weird - funny thing happened some one in the local shop stunk of fags n also i bought a teddy off ebay for a present for a christening that also stunk of fags n not gonna give it now - which i think is completely strange as when i smoked i wouldnt have noticed but other non smoking friends n family would - so over the years how many presents/gifts or anything have i give that have smelt of stale fags!!!embarrasing really dont u agree? Not no more WELL done us

Struggled a bit this week.

Dont want to smoke however was happy to stand by someone who did to get slight whiff.

Nothing strong enough to make me buy a packet.... come this far even spent over £300 to have whole house decorated... so not for nothing.

End of did find a little difficulty this week But OK. better now for just writing it down and knowing IM NOT ALONE x
