I have profuse sweats (had night sweats before I was diagnosed) not night sweats, even when the weather is cold. I sweat profusely from my head, face and upper body. Is this a symptom of Follicular NHL?
Profuse Sweats: I have profuse sweats... - Non Hodgkin's Lym...
Profuse Sweats
Drenching night sweats are one symptom of lymphoma. I believe it pertains to all types. Have you now been diagnosed with FL?
Thank you. I had night sweats but after being treated for Lymphoma it went away. Now I only have these sweats in the days. eg in winter I can be cold yet sweating
i don't think daytime sweats from NHL are common, what does your doctor/CNS say? I'd recommend you follow this up with them.
Just joined I got mantle cell lymphoma diagnosed
May2014 had R-CHOP +maintenance for 2 years
never had night sweats but in the day it never stops have to change shirts and under wear at least twice aday
I too sweat like no tomorrow. I finally had a good Family Nurse Practitioner at Stanford's Cancer Center who said the sweating is because I have Mycosis Fungoides. This manifests in the skin, therefor it blocks the body's thermostat. Mine just drips like I just got out f the shower and have had a couple drops land on my mouth. It's very strange that the sweat is hardly salty. Don't know why it's not real salty like regular sweat.
I sweat too and my new Dr has no idea why. It's annoying but they said my cancer is in remission. I just don't know what to think. Hope someone has answers. God bless you
