pulmonary fibrosis

hi I'm hoping that someone may be able to help. when I was in a&e a few weeks back because I felt really awful they told me to go and see a lung specialist because they can see that I have pulmonary fibrosis (still waiting for apt) my gfr is 22. I'm wondering if anyone else has pf and is it the pf that is causing the ckd, also I only have 1 working kidney.
