Rejection and Covid 19

So I am going on 2 years post transplant in March (SPK). Unfortunately last week I tested positive for Covid 19 Omercron. I was fortunate to receive Monoclonal Antibody Treatments and am slowly mending. Here is the really scary part for me. I missed 2 doses of Tacrolimus. My team would would like me at 8-10.5 ng/ml. I tested at <2.0ng/ml. I have alerted my team, taken every necessary step needed including medication adjustments from my TX. Has anyone here had a moderate rejection episode? I am on Myfortic, Envarsus, Prednisone for Transplant.

I guess missing 2 doses of Tacrolimus may not cause rejection, provided good dose of Myfortic is taken(more than 720mg per day)
