Creatinine levels can be affected by nutrition. Sometime eating meat, high protein, lack of rest, exercise, etc

Any time you are ill, make sure that you drink enough water. Water affects creatinine.

Being a male, I don't know how a menstrual cycle affects kidney function. 1.3 -1,5 creatinine is fine. mine was there for 7 yrs at 1.5. Good luck

Dear Jennifer24,

Please Don't think, that I'm, Belittling your concerns but.... a change of, even 20 points, could simply be due to a Large Breakfast. People who Haven't 'Got' Kidney Disease, get these changes. More worrying, might be, continuous Large fluctuations- I.e. 20 at breakfast, on Tuesday- 250 by Lunch Time, on Wednesday- 100 on Thursday- 500 on Friday (especially that high). Funnily enough Fluctuations, Did Occur, with me.... but not That Much!

So long as you, continue to, feel 'Well' and, your Other 'Blood Parameters' remain Stable, then I wouldn't worry. Ok, it Might Well, be 'A Bit Longer' until you see your Specialist but still.....

Don't panic, as 'Jones' says in Dad's Army, you are Fine Jennifer. Stay Safe, during this Coronavirus though. Very Best Wishes
