Medical people ignoring "minor" problem

Renal transplant since 2007.

Question about getting medical people to help with a "minor problem".

Dr. And nurses (including my wife) seem to ignore my questions about a yeast skin infection I've have had for years. No, that's not an exageration.

How do I get them to pay attention? I'm pretty close to being a jerk about it.y

Have you talked to your transplant team regarding this? I know I have a transplant coordinator that I report any issues too, no matter how small.

If your PCP doesn't listen to you...maybe time to find a NEW doctor. A skin infection can turn into something a lot more serious.
