Try American Medical ID.
I found a couple on Amazon, good prices too.
Plenty on Amazon. I too did not want a bulky bracelet that “screamed” medical alert

I love my bracelet from Lauren’s Hope. There are many choices and they look nice.
Try a company called Laura's Hope. They have a large collections. They engrave too.
Check out Medic Alert website as they have different kinds of bands that looks like a watch.
