Do you have a favorite spring sport or activity? Have you had to modify your exercise routine post transplant?

Don’t know if I should be doing this, but started kickboxing. Only one time, but going again tomorrow. 1 year post transplant and 65 yrs old. I will be modifying for sure.

I have always been very active, outside as much as possible. After my transplant I had a hernia develop in my transplant scar. The hernia has already been repaired twice. It's in a difficult place, right at my waist line. So, I am not supposed to do a lot of bending and lifting. So, what I do is walk and hike. We live right by mountains so like to hike the trails as much as possible. Some of our mountainous areas still have over 50" of snow, so hiking in the mountains will be awhile. My husband built me waist high planters. I love to garden and now can have a garden and not worry about having another repair.
