Small creatinine spikes post kidney transplant

Hello,

11 days ago I got a kidney from my mother, she is 60 years old I am 33. The creatine values were from 750 to 350,167,125,122,125,127,129,134,151,136,140 umol/l. They did a kidney biopsy to confirm that there is no acute rejection, itwas negative, minimal scaring on the kidney but they say it is normal for a 60 years woman. Is there anyone who had spikes in creatine levels post transplant ?
