son is in the hospital right now he went in because his CO2 was high they truly didn't got rid of the CO2 by putting a tracheotomy in and a ventilator now he's going to have to go to a facility to be rehabilitated and once rehabilitated that he can come back home but the thing is is that why while he is here at the hospital they end up giving him a blood transfusion where there was a fistula at and now his arm is swollen and hard black purple and blue and we don't know what's going on they did an x-ray says there's no blood clots they did a ultrasound which has not come back yet but I'm worried and concerned cuz my son saying it's hurting bad he also has renal failure Stage 5 I don't know what to dodo

He should be ok if there are no clots. The ultrasound should further confirm that. Sometimes when the fistula is new and a transfusion happens there is selling and pain for a few days. He needs to get dialysed as soon as possible to avoid the toxic buildup in his body. I hope the swelling has subsided and he has got dialysed at least once by now.
He will be fine. God bless...
