All these new GLP-1 and SGLT2 drugs ae extremely expensive. However, depending on your income, they all have patient assistance programs. YOU simply fill out a form, provide your tax return front page and have your physician fax them out.
I am on Ozempic and it really knocked down my A1c.

Hi. I was on Trulicity for a while. My pharmacist said to contact the company for a coupon that keeps your cost to $25 or less. I don't remember exactly what they wanted as it has been a while.
You show the coupon to the pharmacist and they should put the coupon into their system. Keep the coupon with you, because sometimes they could find it in their system, but sometimes not and you have to show it to them again.
This was a while ago, so I'm not sure if they are still doing it.
