I've been dialysed 14 years, why now I always dozed off to sleep on dialyse or off, while I not used to be like that?

I would ask to have my B12 and Iron levels checked.

Thank you for your reply.not long ago my blood test showed my B 12 level is ok,. But i do have a iron short problem though, the reason is-- a few years ago a doctor said he saw some iron in my liver from the CT, after that, i always bargained with my kidney doctor about the amount of iron I'm getting. so not only I'm getting only the half amount of iron my kidney doctor would like me to have and sometimes I even refused to have it when my liver hurts. (I think that's my liver)

Thank you. I usually slept late, like one or two at night, so I might not getting enough sleep though.

You should try to get 7 to 8 hours a night...and try to go to sleep at the same time each night...kind of like re-setting your internal clock...Hope you feel better soon
