Dialysis & MS-contin (Morphine)

I started dialysis 4 weeks ago and I’m up to 4 hour treatments. At 3 hours the ms-contin was ok, at 4 hours it bleeds off all ms-contin and I end up in excruciating pain for about 36 hours before I get the chronic pain under control.

Has anyone gone through this or have any recommendations on other drugs that are processed through the liver?

I get hemo dialysis for 3 hours twice a week and I also feel like crap after dialysis and cant find out why.
