Can anyone make use of residue dialysis support materials?

I supported my son-in-law at our home during his dialysis. He's had his operation and is recovering. I now have plenty of his support fluids, needles etc at my home. Is there any organisation that will make use of the following, much of which is still sealed. 12 box SAK402; 1 box BD Plastipak; 2 box 3ml Syringes; 2 box 5ml syringes; 3 box Sodium Chloride 0.9% 10 x 1000 ml; 2 box Sodium Chloride 0.9% 20 x 500 ml; 7 box CAR 172C.

Chorley hospital will accept this but they will dump it. I understand the modern HSE approach especially to the fluids, but surely the fully sealed needles etc can be made use of?

If containers are unopened the dialysis center or supplier will generally take them back. You just need to schedule a pick up time

Many thanks for this, I'll follow up on your suggestion!

You could easily donate saline and syringes to a veterinarians office or use them as barter for services. Here in U.S. they cannot be returned as they've already been paid for by insurance.
