Exercise?

Hey all, I'm looking for ideas for exercise. I started up with a new personal trainer last month and we're looking for things I can do on days I'm not working out with him. I've been doing in-center hemo for the last 3 years so something low impact would be good, but I would like something to challenge me a bit.

I looked on YouTube. It has some good low impact exercises that are fun, but tedious. I've lost a few pounds, nothing to speak about. I ride my back around the neighborhood, not lately because if the rain.
