This is the ratio of albumin to creatinine from your urine in UK units of mg/mmol (where the normal range is likely shown as ~0-3.5, so over-range). It is a relatively early indication of unwanted leakage of albumin (a small protein) into urine due to kidney disease, see 1st link below including an illustration of the different categories A1-3. The next 2 links indicate that serious action is only taken if/when that figure increases to >30 (or 70 if not diabetic).

Knowing the trend is most important.
