4-5 hpf rbc in urine

hi,

just got the result of my urine test and rbc is 4-5hpf. Is it alarming? Wbc is 0-3.. thanks in advance

I also have low RBC and low WBC. I have questions to ask my Primary Doctor and might need referral to a specialist.

I think youre only referring to RBCs in urine (?) and, if so >4 is indicative of kidney/urinary tract "abnormality" (1st link below). I guess that may be just CKD which I suspect you already know you have. But clearly you must ask your relevant medic for clarification and hopefully he/she is clearer than my mum's nephro re her CKD!.

Likely good news is its unlikely to be anything more immediately sinister (2nd link, Tab 1)
