I am on dialysis for 5 yrs now post my first transplant failed. I get knee pain which gets bad immediately after dialysis and slows down in 1-2 days. It never goes away completely. I have checked for RA but it is negative. Anybody experienced this? Any solution?

Try a rolled up towel or small pillow under the knees. I often discover new pains after tx are due to positions in chair which cause undue pressure. Have you considered switching things around?

On dialysis again for 9 months after 2 failed transplants. I get ankle swelling so I get relief from physical therapy twice a week and support from my prayer.group.Hope this helps 🙏
