I believe calcium and phosphate levels can cause issues with your eyes. So its important to keep these levels as low as possible. I would ask your consultant for a more detailed explanation. Also make sure you visit your optician and tell them you are on dialysis. Wishing you all the best.
Are you taking Prednisone or other steroid? That can cause cataracts. I was on Prednisone for several years for my Vasculitis treatment and had to have both eyes done.
Glaucoma is common in Kidney Disease patients, but I don't think it's from Dialysis. If anything , I would think the Dialysis helps
