How reliable is a blood test for egfr

Is it possible my blood test provided a flase result?So i had a blood test egfr 87

Serum albumin 48 g/l

Bilirubin 11 umol/

Alt levels 23 u/l

Alkaline phosphatase 71 u/l

Serum inorganic phosphate 0.96 mmol

I am still experiencing symptoms, protein in the toilet 30 mins after flushing. Leg cramps. Swelling in ankles. Nerve damage, very cold feet.

It is my understanding that if the toxins are not being filtered out it can cause nerve damage in the feet and calfs.

All my symptoms seem to suggest kidney function but my blood test does not

How do you get protein in the toilet after flushing.... ? The symptoms can be many more things and not so much CKD. Your labs do not indicate kidney issues. Sounds more like, and I am not a doctor, circulation issues more. Talk to your doctor.

Yes does not sound like ckd issues per se. Nerve damage from ckd or esrd takes a long time, usually many years. With your results, we'll they don't seem to support ckd. I've never heard of inaccurate results until ones function is quite low. Why are you checking the toilet for protein? This should be tested directly on urine. Talk to your doctor please.
