Elevated created level

Hi everyone,

I just had my blood test yesterday and my creatinine level is 1.15. But my other blood test are okay. My urine test came back normal. I went to my cardiologist yesterday and told me to see my nephrologist to handle the case. I am not sure what causes my creatinine to elevate since my gfr came back normal too.

It's most likely transient, but if not, it's an early sign to be nice to your kidneys. I had 1.1-1.2 creatinine for 20 years before I was diagnosed with Stage 3a ckd at age 58. Seven years later and I'm still at 3a, although my creatinine has crept up to 1.5.
